A Dubai based fashion designer of Indian origin, Varoin Marwah has always been a prodigious talent with the intuitive knowledge of what the modern man should spruce up as.
From his first whimsical sketches, his pencil had tapped the art of drama and minimalism. A graduate of JD School of Fashion Design, New Delhi, he started early at the age of 18 and has had the experience of runway as well as print modelling for various well known designers. His earliest runway outing was an over-the-top homage to Artisans of the East, which charmed the most high brow critics and discerning fashion lovers.
Fashion is a state of my mind and all the stories in it. At times it gets dictated by all the people I meet in my day to day life. Like all of them, my designs have layers, complexities, art and are not restricted to any one colour. It is timeless yet time bound. It is forever changing.’
An unmistakable trait of Varoin is his interesting persona which makes him easily approachable yet a bit of an all-purpose celebrity along with a fashion designer.
A name to reckon in the world of modelling itself, Varoin was one of the top finalists of Grasim Mr. India 2003 and has worked with some of the leading Indian designers in his student days. With years of life in Glitz and Glamour, he keeps a quiet persona and allows his work to speak for itself.
As a designer with on-pulse prescience for trends and luxurious, novel yet classic aesthetic sense, Varoin has now turned into a highly influential trend setter who is extremely popular among the socialites, dignitaries and A-list celebrities.
